New dad celebrity actor Matthew McConaughy expresses great elation in regards to the recent arrival of his first child, a son born to him and his wife model Camila Alves. They are both reported as overjoyed, but unlike other couples Matthew seems to be more outspoken about the couple's excitement of being a new parent.
