25 year old Mother rescued after Trapped for Five Days

Amber Pennell was probably not famous until last week, but the story of her rescue is amazing. This mother of two was found on August 21st after being trapped underwater for five days.

News reports everywhere mention her strong "will to live" as the main reason she is still alive. This motivation was mostly because of her two children, who were the first to people she spoke about when found.

Amber had plunged straight down a distance of approximately 80 into a ravine while traveling on the highway. Very little clues were given as to her whereabouts, but amazingly she was still found.

This is quite a miracle. She was in pretty rough shape-broken bones, hypothermia, chest injury, skull fracture. But she made it! A week later people are still talking about it.

Christina Applegate Plans to Start A Family

Christina Applegate wants to be a mom, and is not going to let a cancer diagnosis discourage her hope. Days before she was diagnosed with breast cancer last month, Christina told an interviewer of her longing to get pregnant. “I’m at that age where, biologically, it calls me a lot,” she said. “I don’t want to wait until I’m in my mid-40s.”

Star magazine reports that Christina has vowed to put off a punishing course of chemotherapy until after she has succeeded in starting a family. Christina’s is trying to conceive a baby with musician Martyn Lenoble, whom she has dated for several months. She does plan to begin chemotherapy treatments, as soon as possible after the birth.

“A baby is the most important thing in the world to Christina right now,” said the source. “She doesn’t want to expose her body to chemo or radiation until after she gives birth.”

Celebrity Dad Josh Morrow and wife Tobe already have three boys. So, Josh is now hoping for a girl.

Of course they are happy with the three they have, and they appear to love them very much. However, a couple wants what they want, particularly Josh.

"I know the sex of the baby is my fault, but the running argument is I make great boys," Josh says, among other things. Apparently they tried all the little secrets that couples try if they want a certain sex-such as putting socks on or turning the lights out or "getting to it" at the right moment.

Well, they don't seem to mind having a large family. So, who knows how many times it will take them to try?

Adoption Still Promoted by Reverend Run and Wife Justine, Miley Justine on Set

It has been almost a year since Miley Justine Simmons was adopted by Reverend Run and his wife Justine last September. Now they speak out about the power of providing love for a child, even if that child is not naturally born to you.

"They get so caught up with ‘I gotta have my own.’ If people knew that they would get that same feeling from adoption, I think more [couples] would adopt and not go through the heartache of trying and miscarrying," says Justine.

The idea to adopt came for Reverend Run and Justine shortly after they lost Vitoria Anne shortly after she was born. They consider their adoption of Miley Justine a healing experience, and they related to parents who are unable to have children.

Miley Justine, the latest member of the Simmons family has been introduced to the set of Run's House. Inclusion of Miley on the set is intended to open the world to the possibility of adoption.

Sheryl Crow Enjoys Every Minute of Motherhood

Sheryl Crow had decided after conquering her battle with breast cancer to become a mother. This 46-year-old actress calls this new experience wonderful, and also says:

"It just makes every day like Christmas. I wake up in the morning and I can't wait for him to wake up, or he wakes me up and I run up and get him."

She enjoys every minute of taking care of 14-month-old Wyatt Steven. She also said at one time that she would make a great mom, and as far as I can tell she is doing a fine job.
