Soon to be adding to the seemingly never ending pool of celeb babies- Tori Spelling holds her baby bump while posing for the camera. She and hubby, Dean McDermott, just finished wrapping up shooting for their reality t.v. show, "Tori & Dean; Home in Hollywood". And just in time! Tori is due next week.
